Background
The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE) software and professional services. The goal is to enhance the agency's capabilities in managing multi-gig Ethernet environments through the implementation of COTS software and associated installation and training services.

This contract is designated as a Small Business Reserve Procurement, limiting eligibility to certified small business vendors.

Work Details
The contract includes the following products and services:
1. **CISCO ISE Software**:
- Cisco Identity Service Engine Subscription (Part Number: ISE-SEC-SUB)
- Cisco Identity Service Engine Essentials Subscription (Part Number: ISE-E-LIC)
- Cisco Identity Service Engine Premier Subscription (Part Number: ISE-P-LIC)
- Basic Support for Identity Service Engine Subscription (Part Number: SVS-ISE-SUP-B)
- Cisco ISE Virtual Machine Common PID (Part Number: R-ISE-VMC-K9=)
- Additional support and training services as specified in the attached documents.

2. **Installation and Training Services**: Professional services for installation and training on Cisco ISE, with specific deliverables outlined in the attached specifications. The Master Contractor must provide a detailed description of required services, including start and end dates for each service.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will begin upon contract award and will last for an initial term of 36 months, with options for renewal as specified in the contract terms.

The work will be performed at MDOT/OTTS locations, with specific delivery to SNMS Warehouse located at 3916 Vero Rd, Suite A, Arbutus, MD 21227.
