Airtable Project Management Software Business Users License

Background
The Maryland Department of Labor (LABOR) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to implement Airtable Project Management Software Business Users License through a partnership with a third-party reseller.

The goal is to procure a commercially available Airtable Project Management Software solution to support key operational needs, including managing public comments, tracking community engagement events, and managing user research data for product development decisions.

Work Details
The awarded vendor will provide 47 Airtable Business Users licenses annually for a term of one year, with two one-year renewal options.

The specific product required is the Airtable Business Users License, Part#: NPN-AIRTA-BUSIN-A. The contractor must be an authorized reseller of all Airtable products and provide evidence of such authorization in their bid submission. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the software is operational and not still under development.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is one year with an option for two additional one-year renewals.
