Background

Insurance certificates must indicate general liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate. Additionally, mandatory worker’s compensation insurance with a $500,000 limit for employer’s liability is required. All employees must be compensated according to Commonwealth of Massachusetts approved wage scales, with certified payrolls submitted for all work performed.
