Water Leak Detection Survey

Background
The Town of Falmouth, Department of Public Works, Water Division is seeking proposals for a Water Main Leak Detection Survey. The contract will be awarded under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any and all proposals, or to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Falmouth.

Work Details
The scope of work includes conducting a Water Main Leak Detection Survey.
Service providers are required to submit proposals accompanied by a deposit amounting to 5 percent (5%) of the Service Provider’s maximum total proposal price, payable to the Town of Falmouth, MA.
The successful Service Provider must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond with a surety company licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Proposals are welcome from minority and female businesses.

Period of Performance
The Services Proposal shall have a time period of six months. There will not be a renewal option.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in the Town of Falmouth, Massachusetts.
