UMass System, Request for Proposals - ERP Roadmap Consultant Partner

Background
The University of Massachusetts (UMass) system, which includes five campuses and the President’s Office, is seeking a qualified partner to assist in developing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Roadmap. This initiative aims to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the UMass system by integrating various administrative functions across its campuses.

Work Details
The selected consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive services as outlined in Attachment G - Scope of Services/Work. This includes conducting assessments of current systems, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and developing a strategic roadmap for ERP implementation that aligns with UMass's goals.

The consultant will also facilitate stakeholder engagement, provide recommendations for software solutions, and assist in change management processes throughout the project.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon selection and notification of the successful vendor. Specific timelines for deliverables will be established during the project initiation phase.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed across all five UMass campuses located throughout Massachusetts.
