UMA Commencement Flooring

Background
The University of Massachusetts (UMass) is seeking bids from qualified suppliers to provide services and products related to the UMA Commencement Flooring project. This initiative aims to fulfill the flooring needs for various UMass campuses, ensuring quality service and product delivery that meets the university's standards.

Work Details

The pricing must be detailed in the RFX Bid Table included in the buyer attachments and must match the overall bid submission. Additionally, suppliers must provide a comprehensive proposal that includes backup information pertaining to their pricing.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by January 3, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed across various UMass campuses as specified in the scope of work.
