TRD01 Three Year HVAC Preventative Maintenance service contract for John C. Corrigan Mental Health C

Background
The Department of Mental Health Southeast Area is seeking a contractor to provide a Three Year HVAC Preventative Maintenance service contract for John C. Corrigan Mental Health Center. The contract aims to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems components at the facility.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform inspection and preventive maintenance for heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems components. This includes authorized repairs and emergency repairs, with compliance to all applicable standards and regulations.

The preventative maintenance activities shall include inspection, testing, and maintenance activities as specified by the equipment manufacturers. The vendor must provide written reports of service findings and recommendations, supply all filters, filler media, belts, and other routine supplies for standard preventative maintenance, follow manufacturers' specifications for all equipment, schedule all services in advance with the Facilities Director or his supervisor, supply all tools and equipment needed to perform services, be responsible for the proper disposal of all waste materials, provide wage sheet for any additional services to be performed, and offer 24-hour emergency response when needed.

Period of Performance
The service date range for the contract is from July 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the John C. Corrigan Mental Health Center located at 49 Hillside Street, Fall River, MA 02720.
