TRD01 LAL Water Heater & Tanks

Background
The Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District is seeking contractors to replace the existing hot water heating system and tanks at LaLiberte Elementary School.
The district's mission is to provide excellence in education for all students in a safe learning environment.

Work Details
Contractors are invited to bid on the following project: removal and disposal of the current water heater and tanks, and installation of the following equipment:
- One Raypak model #H3 514MBH Water Heater (or similar with prior approval)
- 3 – 100 Gallon water tanks.
The heater and tanks will be piped, wired, vented, and started prior to completion.
Additionally, testing of the heater and tanks will be conducted to ensure safe and proper operations, with inspections by local inspectors.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to start within 2 weeks of bid award, with the finish date to be determined after the bid is awarded.
Start and finish times may be adjusted with approval from the Acting Director of Facilities.
