SSA2202 Elevators 2nd Request Trade RFQ, Salem State University - SSU BOLD

Background
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM), is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Trade Contractors specifically for the Elevators category as part of the Salem State University – SSU BOLD project.

This project involves the modernization of science labs and health sciences at Salem State University, including a new wing addition to the Meier Hall Science Center and the complete renovation of the Horace Mann Building. The Construction Manager for this project is Gilbane Building Company.

Work Details
The RFQ seeks qualified and experienced Trade Contractors to submit their Statement of Qualifications for one specific category of work: Elevators.

The budget allocated for this work is $900,000. This RFQ represents the first phase in a two-phase procurement process as outlined in MGL Chapter 149A, where only prequalified firms will be allowed to submit bids.
