RFQ ARPA consultant FY24

Background
The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and the Department of Mental Health (DMH) are creating two (2) proof-of-concept models of intensive wrap-around and residential services to support adults between ages 18 and 30 in their home and community who are eligible for DDS community developmental disability support based on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and also have a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or other significant mental health challenges.

Work Details
The purpose of this RFQ is to seek a highly qualified vendor to provide consultation and support in performing a comprehensive Program Evaluation of the proof-of-concept models, including developing program assessment quality indicators, data systems, and evaluation tools. The selected consultant will assist in developing program quality indicators, specific measurable goals, data collection systems for tracking progress, facilitate a Community of Practice with State and Provider staff, evaluate the overall effectiveness of these service models based on identified individual and program quality indicators.

Period of Performance
The engagement length is until March 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension if additional funding becomes available.
