RFP - Resilient Bennington Street and Fredericks Park Project (Phases II and III)

Background
The City of Boston, through its Office of Climate Resilience, is initiating the Resilient Bennington Street and Fredericks Park Project (Phases II and III) in collaboration with the City of Revere.

This project aims to enhance coastal resilience infrastructure and improve recreational open space design, engineering, and permitting. The initiative reflects the agency's commitment to addressing climate resilience challenges in urban areas.

Work Details
The project requires technical services that include:
1. Project management;
2. Community and stakeholder engagement support;
3. Development of 50% design for the full project area encompassing Bennington Street in East Boston and Fredericks Park in Revere, along with adjacent areas;
4. Completion of 75-100% design and permitting specifically for Bennington Street in East Boston.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence following the proposal selection process, with submissions due by October 11, 2024.
