RFP - Lease of spaces at Bruce C Bolling Building

Background
The City of Boston is seeking proposals for the lease of spaces at the Bruce C Bolling Building located at 2300 Washington Street in Roxbury, MA. The goal of the contract is for the proposer to contribute to the activation of Nubian Square.

Work Details
The services and/or supplies required include the lease of spaces at the specified building. The RFP package provides detailed information on the physical description of the space, lease terms, proposal submission requirements, and the evaluation and selection process.
Site visits have been arranged for interested proposers on specific dates at the Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building.
