Putnam Gardens Roof Replacement Project - ITB

Background
The Cambridge Housing Authority, acting on behalf of Putnam Gardens LLC, is inviting sealed bids for the Putnam Gardens Roof Replacement Project.
This project is located at 64 Magee St, Cambridge, MA 02139, and involves the full roof replacement of three three-story residential apartment buildings.
The goal of the contract is to ensure the integrity and safety of the housing structures through necessary roofing improvements.

Work Details
