New Wrentham DPW Facility

Background
The Town of Wrentham is seeking qualified architectural or architectural/engineering firms to provide design services for the planning and construction of a new Department of Public Works Facility.
This facility will be located at the current DPW site at 360 Taunton Street, Wrentham, MA.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the design meets the needs of the Town while adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive architectural and design services for the new DPW facility.
This includes but is not limited to: site planning, architectural design, engineering services, and preparation of necessary documentation for construction.
Proposals must include all information as required on Pages 6-8 (Proposal Requirements) and any supplementary materials deemed necessary by the firm.

Period of Performance
The proposals must be submitted by January 30, 2025, at 2:00 pm EST.
The specific period of performance for the contract will be determined upon selection of the firm and may extend through the completion of the design and construction phases.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the current Department of Public Works site located at 360 Taunton Street, Wrentham, MA.
