NEC2301 - RFQ for Trade Contractors, Northern Essex Community College, Haverhill, MA

Background
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM), is seeking qualified and experienced Trade Contractors for a renovation project at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, MA.

The project involves the General Services (B) and Science (E) Infrastructure Renovation of two connected buildings originally constructed in 1973. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is part of a two-phase procurement process aimed at prequalifying firms to provide public Trade Contractor services under a Construction Manager at Risk (CM at Risk) model.
