MOTT OFF48 RFQ Off-Site Fulfillment Services Vendor

Background
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Massachusetts Marketing Partnership/Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism, is seeking off-site fulfillment services for printed materials to promote Massachusetts as a leisure-travel destination. The Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism (MOTT) is dedicated to promoting Massachusetts as a desirable year-round destination for both leisure and business travel, contributing to the growth of the Commonwealth's economy.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide off-site fulfillment services for printed materials, including:
- Receiving and retrieving consumer data from MOTT's site
- Printing consumer addresses onto provided envelopes
- Sealing envelopes
- Metering/applying postage
- Preparing for delivery to the post office or pick-up
- Providing storage for MOTT's inventory
- Tracking inventory
- Coordinating with the printer to ensure inventory availability
- Fulfilling one-on-one consumer requests and bulk fulfillment.
Additionally, the vendor is required to provide tech set-up services including initial start-up fees for technical support through system administration and administrative requirements such as monthly check-ins with MOTT program manager and written monthly detailed data reports.

Period of Performance
The estimated term of the contract shall consist of an initial 12-month term and may be renewed or extended upon written agreement by the awarded Bidder and the Purchasing Entity. However, no continuations may extend past 6/30/2027.

Place of Performance
The services are to be performed off-site with first-class shipping using MOTT's USPS postal number.
