Montclair Elementary School Roof Replacement

Background
The City of Quincy, on behalf of the Department of Public Buildings, is inviting sealed bids for the 'MONTCLAIR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT'. The work includes removal and replacement of 10,000 SF of existing roofing and associated components, and reconfiguration of two multi-fixture toilet rooms. General Bidders must be certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for Roofing. The total projected cost is estimated to be $1,625,000.00.

Work Details
The work of this contract includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of 10,000 SF of existing roofing and associated components, and reconfiguration of two multi-fixture toilet rooms. Bids for 'FILED SUB CONTRACTORS' are due on APRIL 17, 2024 at 11:30 a.m., while bids for 'GENERAL CONTRACTORS' are due on APRIL 25, 2024 at 11:30 a.m.
