MIL2301 - Fall River Armory Renovation, Fall River, MA

Background
The Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance, through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), is issuing a solicitation for the renovation of the Fall River Armory located in Fall River, MA. This project is partially funded with federal funds and must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA). The goal of the contract is to improve the facility's infrastructure and energy performance while addressing existing deficiencies.

Work Details
The project involves General Building Construction with a total estimated construction cost (E.C.C) of $14,056,159. Key components of the work include:

- Enclosure upgrades
- Mechanical and electrical system upgrades to address deficiencies
