Maynard Sports Field 12 Dresser Hill Rd Ada Accessibility Improvements

Background
The Town of Charlton, Massachusetts is seeking bids for the Maynard Sports Fields, 12 Dresser Hill Road ADA Accessibility Improvements project. The work includes construction of paved ADA parking spaces, ADA pedestrian access to the existing sports field, with a field side viewing area. The project value is estimated at $290,000. Work Details
The work includes construction of paved ADA parking spaces, ADA pedestrian access to the existing sports field, with a field side viewing area. It also involves clearing and grubbing, excavating and re-grading existing graveled parking, installation of drainage structures, paved pedestrian access to ADA compliant grades, relocating existing concession building and storage units, paving the ADA parking and access driveway, pedestrian access and field side viewing area, cast in place reinforced concrete curb at existing culvert crossing, providing steel beam guard rails at the existing culvert crossing, and relocating an existing barrier gate to a new location as shown on plans.

Period of Performance
The contract completion time for the project shall be 60 days commencing ten (10) days following effective date of notice to proceed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty days following the effective date of Notice to Proceed.
