LHAND is soliciting bids from general contractors for minor building repair services on an as needed basis at Curwin Circle. Services are for on call labor,materials, equipment, transportation, disposal and supervision necessary to perform general building repair and maintenance services as directed by the Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development at Curwin Circle. Contract is for a maximum of one year (1) or maximum spending of $100,000.00.
