Background
The contract is issued by the Department of Mental Health Southeast Area for the John C. Corrigan Mental Health Center located at 49 Hillside Street, Fall River, MA. The goal of this contract is to enhance the security and privacy of inpatient bedroom windows through the installation of specialized window films.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for purchasing and installing two types of window films on all inpatient bedroom windows at the facility. The project includes a total of 12 rooms and 25 windows. Each window consists of three sections: the middle and bottom sections will receive different types of films while the top section will remain unchanged.

Specifically, the middle section (25 windows measuring 47x33 inches) will have 'Silver 20 8 Mil' type film or an equivalent installed to allow visibility from inside but not from outside. The lower section (25 windows measuring 47x20 inches) will have three different decorative films installed, sourced from a decorative window film company. The specific films to be used are:
- SXEG-1027 Stained Glass Abstract (10 windows)
- SX-SC0004 Sapphire-Stained Glass (4 windows)
- SX-SC573 Stained Glass Atlantis Static Cling (11 windows).

Additional requirements include ensuring that all tools and materials are secured daily, being escorted by maintenance staff during installation, obtaining facility director approval upon completion, providing one extra roll of each film for attic stock, and offering a one-year warranty for any issues with the window film.
