IFB 25-21 Fall River Public Schools Transportation Bid

Background
The Fall River Public Schools, referred to as the 'District', is seeking proposals for school transportation services. The goal of this contract is to provide reliable and compliant transportation for all designated school children within the District, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Work Details
The successful bidder will be required to furnish scheduled School Transportation services for a variety of needs including: Regular Transportation, McKinney-Vento (Homeless) Transportation, Late Buses, and Athletic and Extra-Curricular Activities Transportation.

The contract encompasses the following responsibilities:
- Drivers
- Transportation Equipment
- Maintenance of Equipment
- Operation
- Supervision
- Inspection
- Registration
- Licensing
- Insurance

Additionally, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local authorities is required.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, and will last for three (3) years with two (2) individual option years available.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Fall River, Massachusetts.
