Background
Boston Prep Charter Public School (BPCPS) is a Commonwealth Public Charter School located at 885 River Street, Hyde Park, MA 02136. The school serves a student body of 700 and is seeking proposals for HVAC duct cleaning services for its 82,000 square foot building.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the HVAC system to support the health and safety of students and staff.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the HVAC ducts throughout the school building. All work must comply with the specifications and codes set forth by the City of Boston and the State of Massachusetts.

The contractor must secure all necessary permits, which should be included in their bid, and handle all inspections related to the work. The project may require work during weekends or nights due to normal school operations.

The scope includes:
1. Cleaning of all HVAC ducts in accordance with local codes.
2. Securing necessary permits and scheduling inspections.
