Work Details
The contract involves the installation of a new water heater at Algonquin Regional High School. The successful vendor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation, excluding the water heater itself.
Specific requirements include:
- Use of heavy machinery and equipment must occur between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- A project timeline must be provided, with completion required by June 30, 2025.
- The vendor must notify the District's Facilities Manager 24 hours in advance if there are any changes to the schedule.
- Work must resume within 48 hours if delayed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- All employees must complete CORI/SORI background checks prior to starting work.
