Green Meadow Elementary School Project-RFP for Material Testing and Construction Inspection Services

Background
The Town of Maynard is seeking proposals for material testing and construction inspection services for the Green Meadow Elementary School project. The project involves the ground-up construction of a new, 2-story, 90,000+ SF elementary school building, associated site and utility work, and the abatement and demolition of the existing Green Meadow Elementary School.
The project also includes a Phase 1 Early Site Package for tree clearing, vehicular pathway forming, ledge removal, geothermal well installation, and site grading from July 2024 to December 2024.
The Phase 2 Main Building and Site project will involve constructing the new school, abating and demolishing the existing school, and completing the sitework from March 2025 to July 2027.

Work Details
The material testing and construction inspection services required for the Green Meadow Elementary School project include testing materials used in construction and inspecting the construction process to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Period of Performance

The contract work will be performed at the Green Meadow Elementary School project site located at 5 Tiger Drive, Maynard, MA 01754.
