Background
The Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development (EOLWD) with the Department of Unemployment Assistance is seeking approved vendors on FAC114 to provide janitorial services at their location in Brockton, Massachusetts. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for staff and visitors.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive janitorial services at the Department of Unemployment Assistance located at 226 Main St, Brockton, MA 02301. The facility is a three-story building with a basement area, covering approximately 26,515 sq. ft., which includes the Massasoit Community College office. Services must be conducted after business hours (after 4:30 PM on weekdays) to minimize disruption.

Daily tasks include:
- Emptying waste baskets
- Cleaning restrooms and common areas
- Replenishing supplies
- Sweeping or mopping floors
- Vacuuming carpets with HEPA-filter vacuums
- Cleaning drinking fountains.

Weekly tasks involve washing uncarpeted floors, dusting surfaces, and buffing floors. Quarterly tasks include stripping and waxing floors; semi-annual tasks involve carpet cleaning and window washing; annual tasks include washing blinds and dusting high surfaces. Additional requirements include using environmentally preferable cleaning products, providing a roll-off dumpster for garbage collection, and maintaining adequate supervision by management.

Period of Performance
The initial contract duration is 12 months with options for two additional one-year renewals, not extending beyond July 31, 2028.
