Designer for Fire Station

Background
The Town of Edgartown, through its Owner’s Project Manager, CHA, is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders to retain the services of a Designer for the Edgartown Fire Station Facility Project. The project is governed by the state designer selection law, M.G.L. c. 7C, §§ 44-57. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document with instructions and requirements is available in hard copy at the Town Procurement Office or electronically by contacting jmulinare@edgartown-ma.us.

Work Details
The solicitation is for design services for the Edgartown Fire Station Facility. The selected designer will be responsible for providing design services for the fire station project.

Period of Performance
Sealed responses must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 09, 2024. Prospective Proposers must attend a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 11:30 AM.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Edgartown Fire Station Facility in Edgartown, Massachusetts.
