CPR AED 24 - CPR Training

Background
The Operational Services Division (OSD) of the Executive Office for Administration & Finance of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking onsite CPR/AED training for an estimated 100-125 employees. The training will be provided in two locations: OSD’s main office in Boston and Commonwealth Print Mail Services (CPMS) in Chelsea. The agency has identified a convenient date for one of the classes and prefers separate dates for the Boston and Chelsea trainings. The agency will review quotes and conduct a brief online discussion with each bidder to confirm mutual understanding of the services to be provided, scheduling, and curriculum options.

Work Details
The scope of services includes arranging onsite CPR/AED training for an estimated 100-125 employees. The training will be provided in two locations: OSD’s main office, located at One Ashburton Place, Boston MA, and Commonwealth Print Mail Services (CPMS), the print shop operated by OSD at 200 Arlington Street, Chelsea MA. The final headcount will be provided a week before the start of training. Tentatively, OSD is planning for 75 attendees in Boston and 35 in Chelsea.

The agency has some flexibility with scheduling, as it will depend on the length of the class. OSD has identified Thursday, April 18, 2024, as a convenient date for one of the classes. Separate dates are preferred for the Boston and Chelsea trainings. Quotes should include length of training, content of training, format of training (e.g., live demonstrations/films/powerpoint slides), possibilities for customization of curriculum, post-training support (e.g., handouts), name of the trainer(s), cost, possible dates and/or blackout dates.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is initially 12 months with renewal options up to a total maximum contract duration of 36 months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at OSD’s main office in Boston and Commonwealth Print Mail Services (CPMS) in Chelsea.
