BID Capital Skills Facility Grant | Equine Center cover and replacement

Background
Bristol County Agricultural High School is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of the existing CoverAll Building cover.
This project is part of the Capital Skills Facility Grant aimed at enhancing agricultural education facilities.
The contract aims to ensure that the facility meets safety and operational standards while providing a suitable environment for agricultural education.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Removal and disposal of the existing CoverAll building cover and end walls.
2. Inspection of all ratchets, straps, cables, trusses, purlins, hardware, and baseplates, replacing them where necessary.
3. Installation of a new cover and end walls using individual panels with snap cap covers as per original design specifications.
4. All materials used must be new, first-class quality, and compliant with state codes.
The cladding membrane must be a FRU coated polyethylene fabric from an approved supplier with a minimum fifteen-year warranty.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the agreement and is expected to be completed within three weeks.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Bristol County Agricultural High School located at 135 Center Street, Dighton, MA 02715.
