Background
The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is issuing this contract to provide essential mechanical and plumbing services across its facilities located in Boston, Braintree, Peabody, and Woburn, Massachusetts.

The goal of the contract is to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical systems within these properties, supporting Massport's mission to facilitate transportation and economic development in the region.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to remove, relocate, and install mechanical and plumbing components at Massport properties on an as-needed/on-call basis.

Additionally, the contractor must service, maintain, and repair wastewater, stormwater, condensate, and other process pumps, motors, and controls from various equipment manufacturers at the specified facilities. The work includes all necessary labor and tools for testing and ensuring operational efficiency of these systems.

Period of Performance
The duration of this agreement shall be a twenty-four (24) month period beginning at the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various Massport properties located in Boston, Braintree, Peabody, and Woburn, Massachusetts.
