Background
The Town of Needham, through its Department of Public Works, is accepting sealed bids for the Mitchell Door Hardware Replacement project. The project involves providing all materials, labor, and warranties necessary for Mitchell Door Hardware Replacement at the Mitchell Elementary School. The Town will award the contract to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder as per M.G.L. Chapter 149. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.

Work Details
The Mitchell Door Hardware Replacement project includes a pre-bid conference on July 23, 2024, at the Public Services Administration Building at 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492.
Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 1:30pm on August 1, 2024, to the Administration Office of the Public Works Department.
The work is anticipated to commence upon execution and be substantially complete by September 15, 2024, with final equipment testing prior to acceptance.
