25-030: Development of Springfield Bike & Skate Park at Gurdon Bill Park

Background
The City of Springfield, Massachusetts, through its Office of Procurement, is seeking qualified contractors to develop the Springfield Bike & Skate Park at Gurdon Bill Park. This project aims to enhance recreational facilities in the area and support community engagement through outdoor activities. The estimated value of the contract is approximately $1,400,000.00.
