Background
Massachusetts Bay Community College (MassBay), a department of the Commonwealth, is soliciting bids for CAREY BUILDING CURTAIN WALL PAINTING – WELLESLEY HILLS CAMPUS. The College serves approximately 5,300 students in day and evening credit programs through its Centers of Excellence. The Division of Health Sciences, the Division of Humanities, the Division of Social Sciences and Professional Studies, and the Division of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) are designed to enhance learning by promoting collaboration, supported learning and state-of-the-art resources. Work Details
The project work consists of surface preparation and painting the previously painted curtain wall on two sides of the existing Carey Building at MassBay Community College, Wellesley Hills MA, built in 1964.
Additionally, there is an Add Alternate 1: Paint the concrete column covers between each bay of curtain wall on the West elevation.
The work shall commence at the time stated in the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed by June 30, 2024.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period commencing upon awarding and concluding by June 30, 2024.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed at MassBay Community College's Wellesley Hills campus located at 50 Oakland Street, Wellesley Hills MA 02481.
