Background
St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking responses for the project titled St. Tammany Home Owners Residential Replacement/Repair for Septic Tanks and Individual Treatment Plant Systems. The project is funded through CDBG Entitlement and the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified Proposers interested in providing Residential Wastewater Disposal Improvements for the St Tammany Parish Department of Grants Sewer Repair Program.

Work Details
St. Tammany Parish seeks a licensed sewage contractor/installer to perform repairs, replacement, and/or maintenance of residential wastewater disposal systems throughout the Parish. The work includes providing all tools, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for residential wastewater disposal system repairs, replacement of non-compliant systems when required, additions, and alterations of broken pipes, tank pumps, and aerators.
The contractor will be responsible for leaving the job site clean, hauling away all debris or equipment, and properly disposing of all debris and waste products in compliance with regulations.
The contract includes a capped amount of $350,000 for direct program cost and administrative indirect costs.
The term of the contract is one year starting on January 1, 2024, with the possibility of two additional one-year terms at the Parish’s approval.

Period of Performance
The term of the contract shall be for one year starting on January 1, 2024, or from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and ending December 31, 2025.
The contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year terms at the Parish’s approval.

Place of Performance
The location(s) of the work/delivery/service is to be performed throughout various locations in St. Tammany Parish.
