Set Aside - ITQ- Night vision Goggles for NOPD SOD

Background
The City of New Orleans, through its Office of Procurement and Bureau of Purchasing, is issuing a solicitation for the Special Operations Department (SOD) of the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD).
The goal of this contract is to procure night vision goggles to enhance the operational capabilities of the SOD.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of six (6) Tactical Dual Tube Night Vision Goggles, specifically the ECHO IIT model with FOM 1600-200 White Phosphor, Autogated, and Manual Gain Control features.
Additionally, six (6) lightweight, low-profile Flip-UP Helmet Mounts with an adjustable dovetail interface and shroud ready are to be supplied.
Vendors must ensure they can create a vendor profile with the state of Louisiana and register their business with the Louisiana Secretary of State and the City of New Orleans.

Period of Performance
The deadline for submitting quotes is January 22, 2025, by 4:00 pm CST.
All bids remain valid for 45 calendar days after this date.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the products is F.O.B. City of New Orleans.
