Painting and Drywall Repairs - DPS

Background
The Louisiana Department of Public Safety (DPS) is issuing this solicitation for painting and drywall repair services at the Radio Maintenance Building located at 8001 Independence Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806.
The goal of this contract is to restore and maintain the facility's interior by repairing damaged sheetrock and painting various areas within the building.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to repair damaged sheetrock throughout the Radio Maintenance Building.
This includes painting the hallway walls, main workroom walls, and all offices as per the specifications outlined in Attachment C.
A mandatory jobsite visit is required prior to bid submission to ensure compliance with the scope of work.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will be completed within a timeframe specified in the bid documents.
The opening date is set for April 15, 2025.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the Radio Maintenance Building located at 8001 Independence Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806.
