HVAC Duct Cleaning for Miller Hall and McVoy Hall

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College. The purpose of the contract is to perform HVAC duct cleaning for Miller Hall and McVoy Hall. The goal of the contract is to improve air quality throughout the facilities.

Work Details
The scope of work includes inspecting the HVAC system, clearing dust, debris, and potential microbial buildup from the heating and air conditioning ducts, and providing professional cleaning using high-powered vacuums, duct brushes, and other top-tier equipment.
The areas to be cleaned include HVAC ducting in Miller Hall (Bldg. 17-0466) and McVoy Hall (Bldg. 17-0460). The supplier is required to access, clean, and sanitize supply air ducts, return air cavities, remove and reinstall grilles, remove and replace filters, provide a closeout report with project updates and photographic documentation, clean up any dust and debris, restore cleaned areas to their original configuration, utilize HEPA filters, dispose of all refuse collected, and correct any damage to landscaping and grounds.
The work must be completed by August 1, 2024.
