Exterior Cleaning & Pressure Washing

Background
Delgado Community College is seeking bids for a service contract (40006-74) focused on exterior cleaning and pressure washing. The college aims to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of its facilities across multiple campuses, including City Park Campus, Westbank Campus, Maritime Center, Sidney Collier Site, and River City Site.

The goal is to ensure that buildings, windows, walkways, sidewalks, and entrances are kept in good condition as part of the college's commitment to providing a clean and safe environment for students and staff.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, and supervision for exterior cleaning and pressure washing services on an as-needed basis. Specific tasks include:
- Cleaning and pressure washing of concrete, stucco, masonry (up to 10’ high and 11’ to 20’ high), mineral fiber reinforced cement panels, exterior gypsum soffit boards, ferrous metal surfaces, aluminum surfaces (1, 2, 3), sidewalks, and flat concrete surfaces.
- Pricing must be provided per square foot for each category of work including straight time, overtime, and urgent rates.
- The contractor must ensure that all work complies with safety standards and does not disrupt the normal operations of the college.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on July 1, 2025, and continue through June 30, 2026. There is an option to renew the contract for up to two additional twelve-month periods if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various Delgado Community College campuses located in New Orleans, Louisiana:
- City Park Campus (615 City Park Avenue)
- Westbank Campus (2600 General Meyer Ave)
- Maritime Center (13200 Old Gentilly Road)
- Sidney Collier Site (3727 Louisa Street)
- River City Site (709 Churchill Parkway).
