DOTD Geotextile Fabric, Class D(D58)

Background
The State of Louisiana, through its Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), is seeking bids for the supply of Geotextile Fabric, Class D (D58).

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of 40 rolls of Geotextile Fabric Class D, specifically non-woven fabric measuring 15 feet by 300 feet per roll.

All fabric must be sourced from an approved supplier listed on the Approved Materials List. Bidders must provide descriptive literature with their bids, indicating the manufacturer and model number for each stock number. The unit price bid must not exceed two decimal places, and any deviations from specifications must be clearly noted in the bid.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue until all items are delivered as specified.

Delivery is expected to occur within a timeframe agreed upon after receipt of order.

Deliveries are to be made to Shandalynn Newman at LADOTD, located at 6217 Hwy 15, Chase, LA 71324.
