Cherry Creek Dr Drainage Repair

Background
St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking a contractor to perform drainage repair work along Cherry Creek Dr in Mandeville, Louisiana. The goal of this contract is to improve the drainage system by removing and replacing the driveway culvert and concrete driveway, as well as installing concrete headwalls. This project is part of the Parish's ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance infrastructure for better public safety and environmental management.

Work Details
The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials to complete the following tasks:

1. Remove and replace the existing driveway culvert;
2. Remove and replace the concrete driveway;
3. Install new concrete headwalls along Cherry Creek Dr (R04D155) in Section 40 Township 8S Range 11E.

Additionally, the contractor is responsible for providing all required signage and barricades during construction. The project must be completed within twenty (20) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the Parish President's signature or written approval and is expected to be completed within twenty (20) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed along Cherry Creek Dr (R04D155), Section 40 Township 8S Range 11E, Mandeville, Louisiana.
