Calibration Services - LDH

Background
The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is seeking to establish a service contract for calibration services. The Office of State Procurement is responsible for this solicitation, which aims to ensure that the calibration of various sensors used by the department meets required standards. This contract supports the agency's mission of maintaining health and safety standards through accurate measurements.

Work Details
The contractor will provide on-site calibration services for a total of 270 Monnit sensors, which include:
- Low Temperature/Freezer Sensors
- Normal Refrigerator Sensors
- High Temperature Oven Sensors
- Waterbath Sensors
- Room Temperature/Humidity Sensors

The calibration must be NIST traceable and include certificates. Additionally, the vendor must update the current Monnit software to reflect the calibration results and must be ISO 17025 accredited.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will be for one year starting from July 1, 2025, or the date of award, whichever is later. It will end on June 30, 2026. There is an option to renew the contract for two additional 12-month periods at the same prices, with a total contract duration not exceeding 36 months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations as specified by the Louisiana Department of Health, with a primary shipping address at 1209 Leesville Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA 70802.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid and must provide a W-9 form if newly registered. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding civil rights and accessibility standards. Additionally, bidders are required to certify that they are not suspended or debarred by GSA.
