ROW Debris Removal, Reduction, and Site Restoration

Background
The solicitation is for ROW Debris Removal, Reduction, and Site Restoration in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The contract aims to provide cleanup, demolition, removal, reduction, and disposal of debris generated by declared disasters as directed by KYTC during the contract period.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, machines, tools, and equipment necessary for the cleanup, demolition, removal, reduction, and disposal of debris. This includes clearing, sorting, separating, and removing eligible debris from properties including street right of ways, roads, and waterways. The work also involves processing and reducing disaster-related eligible debris at Disposal Management Sites (DMS) through compaction, mulching, chipping, grinding or recycling.
The contractor is expected to have a project manager within 24 hours of Notice-to-Proceed and begin hauling operations within seven calendar days of NTP. Additionally, the contractor may be required to secure and permit DMS and restore the site after debris removal. The work shall be compliant with any Federal rule or regulation relating to disaster debris.

Period of Performance
The contract requires completion of all work within 120 calendar days of the activation date.
Work shall be performed between sunrise and sunset. The contractor may work seven days per week including holidays.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed include various locations in Kentucky as directed by KYTC.
