Pest Control Frankfort Buildings

Background
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is issuing this solicitation for Pest Control Services for various buildings in Frankfort.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Division of Purchases is responsible for managing this contract, which aims to establish a master agreement for pest control services to ensure the health and safety of state facilities.

Work Details
The contract requires the vendor to provide monthly pest control services, including but not limited to: treatment for ants, spiders, flies, mice, rats, roaches, wasps, silverfish, and centipedes.

Additionally, a yearly termite inspection is required. Vendors must furnish labels and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all pesticide products applied. The vendor guarantees a response time of calendar days following receipt of delivery orders. Specific locations include various divisions such as Equipment Division and Facilities Support across multiple addresses in Frankfort.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin no earlier than May 1, 2025, and will expire on April 30, 2026.

There is an option to extend the contract for four additional one-year periods with written approval from both parties.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at multiple locations in Frankfort, Kentucky including but not limited to:
- 1234 Wilkinson Blvd (Division of Equipment)
- 1219 Wilkinson Blvd (Division of Facilities Support)
- Capital City Airport buildings.
