Personnel Cabinet Salary Compression Study

Background
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking proposals for a Personnel Cabinet Salary Compression Study as required by House Bill 6, passed in the 2024 Regular Session of the Kentucky General Assembly. The purpose of the study is to review all personnel and payroll records of current employees from January 1, 2018, thru June 30, 2024, to determine salary compression issues in the Executive Branch.
