Kentucky Horse Park Signage Production and Installation

Background
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking to establish a Master Agreement for the production and installation of signage at the Kentucky Horse Park. This initiative aims to enhance wayfinding, sponsor, and event signage to improve visitor experience and operational efficiency at the park. The Finance and Administration Cabinet is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the Kentucky Horse Park, located at 4089 Iron Works Parkway, Lexington, Kentucky.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for the installation of various types of signage. The specific requirements include:

1. **Post and Panel Wayfinding Signs**:
- Quantity: 21 signs
- Specifications: 4x4 Metal post with track (9' post), Navy Blue ACM Aluminum composite panels (32x44) with custom shape top, high-performance cast vinyl lettering on both sides, aluminum post caps.
- Work includes removal of 15 existing signs and installation of 21 new signs.

2. **Sponsor Signs**:
- Quantity: 15 signs
- Specifications: Size 72 x 30 inches; made from 6mm Alumalite (or similar) for outdoor use with a lifespan of over 3 years; different logos printed on each sign using customer-supplied artwork; delivery to KHP required but no installation.

3. **Barn Sign**:
- Quantity: 1 sign
- Specifications: Size 156 x 48 inches; metal sign with vinyl overlay and full-color print on the front only; designed for outdoor use with long life; installation required at KHP.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extending for four additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the Kentucky Horse Park located at 4089 Iron Works Parkway, Lexington, KY 40511.
