Background
Eastern Kentucky University is seeking bids for upgrades to the elevator in the Campbell Building. The goal of this contract is to enhance the functionality and safety of the elevator system within the university's facilities, aligning with their mission to provide a safe and accessible environment for students and staff.

Work Details
The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the elevator modifications as specified in the solicitation. This includes compliance with all outlined specifications and requirements in the event documentation.

The project is estimated at $400,000.00 and involves a lump sum service for the Campbell Elevator Modifications.

Period of Performance
The substantial completion date is set for 120 days from the stated start date on the purchase order, with a final completion date of 135 days from the same start date.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Eastern Kentucky University’s Richmond, KY Campus.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in Eastern Kentucky University's eProcurement system to participate. Bid bonds and performance bonds are required unless otherwise stated.

Additionally, bidders must complete various prerequisite forms including a sworn statement regarding campaign finance laws, a Commonwealth affidavit on workers' compensation, and provide an ACORD certificate of insurance.
