Background
The Kansas Department of Labor (KDOL) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for janitorial services at their facility located at 407 Campus Drive, Garden City, KS 67846.

This contract aims to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the department's operations, which is crucial for maintaining public health and safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services for an area of approximately 2,585 square feet. This includes but is not limited to:
- Daily cleaning of floors, restrooms, and common areas;
- Dusting surfaces;
- Trash removal;
- Periodic deep cleaning tasks as specified by KDOL.

The contractor must ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment used are compliant with state regulations and environmentally friendly where possible.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon the date of award and continue through June 30, 2030.
