Janitorial Services - Atchison DCF Office

The Kansas Department for Children and Families is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services at the Atchison DCF Office. This contract aims to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the agency's operations, supporting its mission to serve children and families in Kansas.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive janitorial services which include, but are not limited to:

- Daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Vacuuming carpets
- Mopping floors
- Emptying trash receptacles
- Ensuring that all cleaning supplies meet safety standards.

The contractor must also provide all necessary equipment and materials required for the cleaning services.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Atchison DCF Office located at 710 S 9th St, Atchison, KS 66002.
