Bidder Requirements
Bidders must obtain a current Tax Clearance Certificate from the Kansas Department of Revenue prior to submitting their bid. Additionally, bidders must comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) and submit a Certification Regarding Immigration Reform and Control form. They must also provide documentation regarding their policy against sexual harassment as well as a completed Boycott of Israel form. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the bid event.
