2025 Governor's Conference Hosting Services

Background
The Kansas Water Office is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide hosting services for the 2025 Governor's Conference on the Future of Water in Kansas.
This conference is scheduled to be held on November 12th and 13th at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Manhattan, Kansas.
The goal of this contract is to ensure a successful and well-managed event that aligns with the agency's mission to promote sustainable water management practices.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following services:
- Pre-Conference Registration Management: Overseeing the registration process prior to the conference.
- Sponsor Registration Management: Managing registrations for sponsors participating in the conference.
- Financial Management: Handling all financial aspects related to the conference, including budgeting and accounting.
- Name Tags: Creating and distributing name tags for attendees and sponsors.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue through April 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel located in Manhattan, Kansas.
